The search for the perfect Yorkshire pudding to go with Sunday lunch can feel like hunting unicorns when you are living gluten-free. Our brand new, amazing flour blend has created my best ones yet!. They don’t have quite the crispy structure of a Yorkshire pudding with gluten, but are blooming close – light, well-risen and really tasty. They don’t have the gritty or bitter aftertaste that you can sometimes get with gluten free.
This is gorgeous with roast beef and gluten free gravy, but will also make a great toad in the hole with gluten free sausages. You need to not open the oven door though, as this can make them sink!
To get the recipe, enter our competition below – as well as getting the recipe download, you could win one of five prizes – of a bag of our fantastic new gluten free flour and the recipe booklet to go with it, so that you too make gluten free Yorkshire puds that the whole family will eat over Easter!
