I know Easter has just passed, but the shops are still full of creme eggs!
I was really surprised to find that these are gluten free, as many Cadbury’s products aren’t. I find them a bit oversweet, but when the are melted into a dark chocolate brownie, they are just heavenly!
I have been meaning to do a good chocolate brownie recipe for ages, and this one really is everything that you could want. It is fudgey and gooey, and, providing you don’t overcook them, definitely not cake!
Should the creme egg time have passed, you could use white chocolate buttons instead.
