If you’re fed up with the over-priced gluten free loaves in the supermarkets, then perhaps it’s time to learn to bake your own additive-free, artisan style bread. It actually tastes….like bread!
The bread course is all packaged into two days – Introduction to Bread and Bread 2. These are designed to be stand alone days or booked together. These two days will make you a master of gluten free bread.
On the Introduction to Bread day, we make cheesy scones, a brilliant loaf of bread, a fruit loaf and focaccia. On Bread 2, we make a real variety of bread including French baguettes, a sweet bun dough, soda bread and a white rolls. You will also learn techniques such as poolish and sourdough!
Get yourself a slice of the action – come and spend the day with us in our kitchen filled with the aroma of freshly baked bread you CAN eat. We think that’s the best thing since sliced bread!
On all our courses a delicious gluten free lunch is included, together with tea and coffee.
